The Quantum Enigma will be released in the following versions:

- Standard Jewel case with 13 tracks.
- Standard Jewel case with 13 tracks (USA).
- Digipack 2CD: 1st CD with 13 tracks + bonus "In All Conscience" and 2nd acoustic bonus CD.
- Deluxe Earbook 3CD: in faux leather sleeve, 1st CD with 13 tracks + bonus "Dreamscape", 2nd acoustic CD and 3rd instrumental CD.
- Earbook 3CD: contains everything as seen in the deluxe version.
- Black Vinyl: with bonus track "Memento".
- Dark Green Vinyl: limited to 275 pieces with bonus track "Memento".
- Light Grey Vinyl: limited to 300 pieces with bonus track "Memento".
- Golden Vinyl (Napalm Records): limited to 100 pieces with bonus track unknown.
- The Quantum Enigma Japanese release with bonus track: unknown.
- iTunes bonus track: "Banish Your Illusion".
